  1. M6 Bolts - Countersunk

    M6 Bolts - Countersunk

    Starting at: $0.50

Countersunk bolts are great for use where a smooth top is preferable to the sharp head of a normal bolt. They're just a strong as a normal cap screw, but a bit sleeker. These bolts are measured over the full length of the bolt (ie, the head of the bolt is included in the measurement). They have a 4mm hex socket.
  2. M6 Bolts - Socket Head

    M6 Bolts - Socket Head

    Starting at: $0.50

Socket head cap screws are the default bolt of choice on most karts worldwide. They're incredibly strong and feature hex sockets for the ability to really crank 'em up tight. If you're like most karters, your torque wrench is set to "tighten till it strips, then back it off a quarter turn". Seriously, don't do that. Tight's nice. Too tight sucks. These bolts are measured from under the head of the bolt, to the end of the thread (ie, the head of the bolt is not included in the measurement). They have a 5mm hex socket.
  3. M8 Bolts - Countersunk

    M8 Bolts - Countersunk

    Starting at: $0.75

These are most regularly used as seat bolts in karts, or anywhere where clearance over the head of the bolt might be an issue. (They're also slightly less likely to rattle loose due to the additional surface area of the countersunk face, though given that you're almost certainly using nyloc nuts everywhere on your kart, it probably doesn't matter... so there's a totally useless fact for you!). The length of these is measured over the entire length of the bolt, including the head. They have a 5mm hex socket.

  5. Seat Bolt Kit - Kartech

    Seat Bolt Kit - Kartech

    $68.00
Includes pretty much everything you'll need to mount up your seat unless you want to mount it REALLY high, in which case a couple of extra spacers may be in order :-)
  6. Wheel Stud

    Wheel Stud

    $4.00
These are the nicest studs we've ever found. With beautifully rolled threads, we're yet to see a failure. Don't forget to loctite them in when you install them.
