Our videos are all hosted by Vimeo, a popular online video-hosting site (like YouTube, but cooler). If you’re having trouble viewing our videos the best place to look is Vimeo's help section
Why can't I find this product?
Hopefully, the product categories and filtering options will allow you to find just about anything you need for a kart in less than five mouse-clicks. You can also search by keyword in the search box (at the right hand end of the navigation bar). If you STILL can’t find it, it’s possible we don’t have it listed on the site yet. That said, you can certainly ask here and we’ll get back to you shortly.
Why if I don't like it?
If you receive and item and decide you don’t want it, you can return it to us. We’ll replace it with something else of your choice without charging a restocking fee. Please return goods via a courier or registered post, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.
What if I'm not home?
Most items are sent from K-Racer via courier, and require a signature on delivery. For this reason, we ask that you make your delivery address one that will be attended during normal business hours. If this is not possible, you may need to collect your goods from the depot nearest your address.
Are my details safe?
Absolutely. K-Racer is run by a professional team of people that treat your personal information with utmost care. Your personal and payment information is encrypted at all times, and will not be used for any purpose other than processing your orders, and sending you news and specials. Certainly! If you're not comfortable or able to place your order over the internet, or you wish to discuss the technical details of your order, you can call our mobile order hotline on 0488 6 RACE 6 (0488 672 236). Please note that free-shipping offers are not applicable to phone orders.
